10 Health Benefits Of Consuming Ginger

Please take note you shouldn’t use ginger if you have cardiac or liver problems, high temperature or damaged mucus membranes and refrain from using ginger if you’re bleeding or in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy. Make sure you’re not allergic to ginger before using any beauty treatments containing ginger extract. Do a test patch on your arm first. If these warnings don’t apply to you then let’s get started.
#10 It Fights Cellulite
A ginger scrub will warm up your skin and improve blood circulation which makes it great for reducing the appearance of unsightly cellulite. It also reduces swelling to prevent new cellulite from forming. You don’t need to run to the store in search of this scrub. You can easily do it yourself at home!
1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
17 fluid ounces Ginger Juice
1-1 1/2 cups of coarse Sea Salt

Easy To Make Nail Oil
1-2 Tablespoons melted Shea Butter
1-2 Teaspoons Avocado Oil
3-5 Drops Patchouli Essential Oil
3-5 Drops Ginger Essential Oil
5-7 Drops Lemon Essential Oil
With so many essential oils you’ll have the nails of a nail model. Mix all the ingredients together and put them in a jar. You can use this mixture as a nail oil or hand cream. Use it regularly at least once or twice a week and the results won’t disappoint you.
